For a few hours’ relaxation as part of a fun-packed weekend, or for a mini pre-wedding pamper party, spa days at the Alchemist Spa are available. Changing with the seasons, they include access to all the facilities in the Thermal Spa and SALT Gymnasia.
For an overnight spa break, a flexible way to create your stay is to book your choice of suites or hotel bedrooms, and access to spa facilities is included with your stay. You can then add additional spa experiences and treatments to create a bespoke break. We’re sure your hens will love our exquisite treatments and rasul experiences (for up to 8 people). You can add a world of different experiences, from private cinema shows, to surf sessions and dinner parties to your spa break.

NEO Cinema screens all the latest blockbusters, so dinner and a movie would be a cool edition to any bridal shower. Seating 30 on comfy sofas and armchairs, for around £300 you can even takeover the cinema for a private show of your favourite chick flick. Who says you can’t combine indulgence with smashing your goals? Exclusive ‘Very’ Small Group Training Sessions can be booked with the pros at SALT Gymnasia (4 people max), and 30-minute SALT sessions are available to book online – Bass Climb, Rise Shine Climb, or Keiser Krush30. If it’s waves you’re after, Woolacombe is thought to have some of the best waves in the south-west. We’ve got storage for your boards if you’re bringing your own, or we can arrange surf/SUP coaching and equipment hire for you with the Surfing GB qualified coaches at Hunter Surf.
