Spacious and stylish yet seriously relaxed, The Bay Brasserie is the place to sit back, share a toast with friends, and indulge. Complete with our brand new pizza oven, whether your style is a taste of the Mediterranean, a gourmet burger or beautifully prepared local seafood, you’ll find it on our menus.

Sharing platters and daily specials mean there is always something new to try. This is brasserie style dining as it should be.

We serve lunch in the Bay Brasserie daily from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, and dinner from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. In the afternoon, tea, cakes and scones are available, as is a traditional afternoon tea - three tiers of delicate treats.

Unless specified otherwise, dinner inclusive packages include a £25 per person allowance for dinner in either Bay Brasserie or Doyle's.

We feel proud & privileged to source our fresh fish from the daily landings at Brixham & Plymouth fish markets. We rely on great supplers that understand that freshness and sustainability are key. We cook our fish simply to bring out its natural goodness and pair it with seasonal vegetables to enhance its glorious taste

Quicke's Oak smoked cheddar – made near Exeter in Devon, this is one of the highest acclaimed British cheddars, produced within a farm that over 14 generations has produced cheese of the greatest quality. After 450 years of crafting, this cheddar is matured for 12-15 months, in muslin cloth, then the truckles are quartered and gently smoked over oak chips for 3-4 hours. Pasteurised milk is being used with vegetarian rennet. 

Cornish Yarg - made near Truro in Cornwall with a crumbly centre and creamy texture under the rind. After brining, the cheese is wrapped in stinging nettles from the countryside, which give it a really earthy flavour (v)

Vulscombe goat's cheese - made near Tiverton in Devon,
by hand, following a traditional rennet-free method for a creamy rich, mild flavour (v)

Devon Blue - a firm textured, sweet, smooth buttery cheese made with unpasteurised Friesian cow's milk in Ticklemore, Devon (v)

Cornish Brie - made near Newquay, in Cornwall. Made from pasteurised full fat locally sourced milk. It has a yellow, buttery colour and a melting, smooth texture (v)

AFTERNOON TEA The Ultimate Indulgence

A celebration of tea and delicacies (savoury and sweet), afternoon tea is a treat for the eye and the taste buds! Served daily from 12-5pm, it's the ultimate excuse to indulge.


Winter Closure


The Bay Brasserie & Doyle's are currently receiving their annual touch of TLC and are closed until 14th February, but the Alchemist Spa, Neo Cinema and SALT Gymnasia are open from 14th January for movies, spa days and workouts (or all 3!)
