Spacious and stylish yet seriously relaxed, The Bay Brasserie is the place to sit back, share a toast with friends, and indulge. Complete with pizza oven, whether your style is a taste of the Mediterranean, a gourmet burger or beautifully prepared local seafood, you’ll find it on our menus. We serve lunch in the Bay Brasserie daily from 12pm to 3pm, and dinner from 6pm.
In the afternoon, tea, cakes and scones are available. For dinner inclusive packages please refer to your booking confirmation for details on dining allowance and courses.
Well-behaved four-legged friends may dine with you in the Bay Brasserie courtyard where underfloor heating and water bowls are available. Pups must be kept on a lead while you dine and must enter through the Bay Brasserie courtyard entrance (as opposed to the main hotel entrace).

We feel proud & privileged to source our fresh fish from the daily landings at Brixham & Plymouth fish markets. We rely on great suppliers who understand that freshness is key, we cook our fish simply to bring out its goodness and pair it with seasonal vegetables to enhance its great flavour.

PLEASE FEEL ASSURED...
Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests and team members. We have rigorous procedures and routines in place regarding enhanced cleaning, physical distancing and our food and beverage offerings. You will see some changes here and there - we have limited the numbers of seats in the Bay Brasserie to allow for distancing, and hand sanitiser points are available, for example. However, our friendly team are as helpful and welcoming as ever, and we are here to ensure that your experience is as 'normal' and carefree as possible!
We take the government's advice very seriously and ask that you do not socialise in groups larger than 6 people while dining; social distancing measures should be adhered to in all instances.
In line with government guidelines, the Bay Brasserie and bar will close at 10:00pm each day. To allow for this, the last possible table reservation is at 8:00pm and bookings from guests staying in the hotel will be prioritised. If you are not staying at the hotel, please call us on 01271 872115 after 4pm on the day you wish to book; unfortunately we cannot confirm your booking before this. Our helpful team will do their best to accommodate your reservation; please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
The Bay Brasserie bar is available exclusively to guests staying in the hotel, but the restaurant can be enjoyed whether or not you are staying with us. Please wear your reusable face mask when entering the Bay Brasserie, until you are seated. Your contact information will be collected for Track & Trace purposes.
