We offer small group training classes and sessions. They run daily, from dawn to dusk. We use MyZone to track our effort (optional) and earn rewards.
Relax, we are committed to bespoke pay-to-train fitness, so no membership is required.

There are no classes scheduled on a Saturday. The Gym Floor will be available for freestyle workouts from 10.00 – 18:00.

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES…
We are proud to announce that a member of our SALT Team is running their fifth marathon on 13th October 2024, in Chicago.
With the ambition to earn marathon running’s greatest prize: the Six Star Medal from Abbott World Marathon Majors, this is the fifth epic stepping stone in their journey of running all six major marathons – London (April 2023), Tokyo (March 2024) , Boston (April 2024), Chicago (October 2024) and New York (date TBC).
Keeping a low profile, we won’t reveal the identity of our special squad member here (…but if you know you know!) Running all six marathons to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society, which is a cause close to their heart, please support the mission by sponsoring our SALT member:
