CLASSES & SESSIONS

We offer small group training classes and sessions. These are complimented by individually crafted assessments, coupled with bespoke wellbeing journeys and bootcamp-style training programmes, for total beginners, through to elite athletes. Offering bespoke pay-to-train fitness for every body, join sessions as you choose, simply buy credits and book online if you plan to show up. Each session is 45 minutes long. Sessions run from dawn to dusk; download our app for the easiest way to book (App Store / Google Play).

 

BASS CLIMB

Designed to keep you moving, this fast paced VersaClimber class blends exercise with heart-thumping bass beats. Climb to the summit, smash it.

Upright, you control the resistance. Our 45 minute climbs burn more calories than any other burner in the gym, by a mile. Climbers scale dizzy heights daily, against a backdrop of amazing playlists. Zero impact, maximum sweat.

In this high intensity, circuit style, resistance training class you'll master strength building techniques on the Keiser kit. Mainstream cables, pins and plates are gone, so gravity won't slow you down in this 45 minute small group session.

Build strength, tone and continually push your limits, without punishing your muscles and joints.

Box Core & Krush

This early morning small group training session combines boxing fitness for cardiovascular conditioning, muscular speed and power, with core whole body conditioning and a resistance training hit.

These are 45 minute sessions with Kieran.

SALT SCULPT

SALT Sculpt combines small group training sessions with up to date strength and conditioning techniques that are used to get elite level athletes into peak levels of strength and fitness.

These small 45 minute classes give you great direct interaction with our highly qualified instructors, to help you get you to where you want to be.

If this is your first visit to SALT, you may never have used our equipment before. Please arrive 15 minutes the session commences, and notify our instructors that you are a first-timer so we can set you up.

Our instructors will check you in using an iPad. You will be asked to provide some information about yourself and to fill in a PAR-Q. Please follow the safety instructions outlined in the PAR-Q.

If joining us for a Climb, it can take several sessions to get acclimatise to the Versaclimber, so take breaks when you need them.

If you have been to one of our sessions before, you just need to be ready, outside the studio 10 minutes before each session. Our instructors will check you in using an iPad.

If you bail out with less than 24 hours' notice, or bottle it and no-show, you will lose your session fee. All sessions can be booked and cancelled by logging into your account.

 

LOGIN

Hydrate before, during and after your session. If joining us for a Climb, it can take several sessions to get acclimatise to the Versaclimber, so take breaks when you need them.

Bring a recycled water tank and we'll fill you up.

Eat at least 1 hour before your session, no later.

A good pair of trainers are a must. Otherwise, wear your own style, there are no rules.

We'll provide SALT towels for sessions.

All our small group training sessions are high-intensity, so make sure you consult a doctor before you train with us.

If you are vulnerable to flashing lights and loud music, or find it disorientating in low light, SALT may not be the right environment for you.

Please use the water holders provided and keep walkways clear of obstructions at all times.

If at any time you feel light-headed or dizzy, please raise your hand for assistance.

Our beautiful hotel is currently receiving its annual touch of TLC and is closed until 14th February, but SALT Gymnasia is open from 6th January for workouts and classes.
