CLASSES & SESSIONS

We offer small group training classes, called Elements. These are complimented by individually crafted assessments, coupled with bespoke wellbeing journeys, for total beginners, through to elite athletes. Offering game-changing fitness for every body, join sessions as you choose, simply book online if you plan to show up. Each session is 30 minutes long. Sessions run from dawn to dusk; download our app for the easiest way to book (App Store / Google Play).

TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME


You will achieve more than you thought possible with our unique SALT Strive transformation programme. Choose a 4 or 8 week training programme and you'll work your body hard, under close supervision, with just the right level of intensity to ensure you gain maximum benefit and smash your goals. Places are limited. All you need is the motivation, we'll do the rest.

Join Climb or Keiser sessions from just £7.00 per session when you become a regular and buy a SALT Bundle, or £15 if you just want to drop-in for a single session. Anybody's welcome; even if you're just joining us as a one-off, you'll feel like part of our fitness community. Get started:

BOOK FREE INTRO SESSION

If this is your first visit to SALT, you may never have used our equipment before. Please arrive 15 minutes the session commences, and notify our instructors that you are a first-timer so we can set you up.

Our instructors will check you in using an iPad. You will be asked to provide some information about yourself and to fill in a PAR-Q. Please follow the safety instructions outlined in the PAR-Q.

If joining us for a Climb, it can take several sessions to get acclimatise to the Versaclimber, so take breaks when you need them.

If you have been to one of our sessions before, you just need to be ready, outside the studio 10 minutes before each session. Our instructors will check you in using an iPad.

If you bail out with less than 24 hours' notice, or bottle it and no-show, you will lose your session fee. All sessions can be booked and cancelled by logging into your account.

 

LOGIN

Hydrate before, during and after your session. If joining us for a Climb, it can take several sessions to get acclimatise to the Versaclimber, so take breaks when you need them.

Bring a recycled water tank and we'll fill you up.

Eat at least 1 hour before your session, no later.

A good pair of trainers are a must. Otherwise, wear your own style, there are no rules.

We'll provide SALT towels for sessions.

All our small group training sessions are high-intensity, so make sure you consult a doctor before you train with us.

If you are vulnerable to flashing lights and loud music, or find it disorientating in low light, SALT may not be the right environment for you.

Please use the water holders provided and keep walkways clear of obstructions at all times.

If at any time you feel light-headed or dizzy, please raise your hand for assistance.
