We think eating and drinking should be an experience to cherish, so a handcrafted menu of delights is available from dawn to dusk. Join us on a culinary discovery of Devon’s finest flavours.

To begin, breakfast is served in our beautiful seaview dining room – Doyle’s – or can be hand-delivered to your bedroom. Speciality coffee, teas & cakes are served in the Bay Brasserie daily, from mid-morning, with a comprehensive lunch selection to follow. On bright days in our North Devon restaurant, tasty morsels can be enjoyed on the lawns.

In the afternoon, we settle to ponder awhile before tucking into the unrivalled delights of an Afternoon Tea – three tiers of treats.

At dusk, an à la carte menu is served in the buzzing Bay Brasserie. Vibrant seasonal flavours are artfully combined and complemented by an exquisite drinks list. A selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes feature prominently. Family-friendly dining and children’s menus are available throughout the day.
