For first-class hospitality, spacious conference rooms and an inspiring setting, look no further than The Woolacombe Bay Hotel in North Devon. Your colleagues and delegates will love the sumptuous décor and epic seascapes, and we’ll be happy to tailor a conference package to meet your business’ requirements.

All suites can be provided with 6ft screen, VGA projector, flipcharts and pens. Microphones, TVs, DVDs and other equipment can also be arranged (a small additional fee may apply). Conferences and meetings can be booked for day delegates, 24-hour delegates (including Dinner, Bed & Breakfast), or you can simply hire a room.

A popular choice, this suite is tucked away away from the hubbub of the hotel. Lovely and light, it features floor to ceiling windows and offers direct access to a large private lounge area – perfect for team-working and refreshment breaks.

The Courtyard Suite, this suite features bi-fold doors leading to the atrium. It can be configured as a breakout room for a project team with comfy seating, flipcharts and refreshments, or has a little extra space for presentations or training sessions.
