Our self-catering Bay Lodge Suites – Pickwick and Copperfield – are perfect for longer stays and lazy days. Family, friends, pups…they are all welcome for a laid-back coastal stay.
Just across the street from the hotel and a flip and a flop from the sands, it’s perfectly possible to stroll to Woolacombe Beach, surfboard or picnic tucked under your arm. Access to hotel facilities is included in your stay.
Woof…dogs are welcome!
THE PICKWICK SUITE
Sleeps up to eight…
The Pickwick Suite is a self-catering home in the heart of Woolacombe village, located just across the street from the hotel. On quiet days and early mornings, you can hear the waves crash from your bedroom. Just a flip and a flop from the golden sands of Woolacombe Bay, you can come and go to your beachside home with ultimate ease.

Sleeping up to 6
The Pickwick Suite has two double bedrooms, one also has bunk beds. Spacious and light, these bedrooms are contemporary and welcoming. A hairdryer, bedding and towels (not beach towels) are provided.

Simple in design but cosy in feel, the Pickwick Suite has one twin bedroom.
Perfect for families
The Pickwick Suite has the benefit of two bathrooms, one with large walk-in shower, one with a tub.
All the essentials
Your kitchen is equipped with all the basics you will need; fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery and washing machine.
Open plan living
The Pickwick Suite has an open plan living area complete with family dining table, comfy lounge seating and television with DVD player.
for sunny days
The ground-floor Pickwick Suite has a large enclosed garden area where you can catch the rays, dine alfresco, or just spread out a little more. It also has a small enclosed patio area off the second double bedroom.
THE COPPERFIELD SUITE
Sleeps four to six guests
Situated above The Pickwick Suite on the first floor, The Copperfield Suite is a self-catering home at the heart of pretty Woolacombe. Located just across the street from the hotel, it has three bedrooms (sleeping up to six) but the living area is a little smaller than Pickwick, so we’d say it is most comfortable for just four guests. Take short strolls to the beach, pop back for lunch in the garden, or settle in and make this your gorgeously cosy base to return to after you’re done adventuring.

The Copperfield Suite has one double bedroom. Spacious and light with sea peeps, this bedrooms is up in the eaves. A hairdryer, bedding and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
Sleeps two to four
Copperfield has two ‘twin’ bedrooms – one has two single beds, the other has bunk beds. Hence, this home can sleep up to six but, to allow enough lounging space, we recommend that it’s more comfortable for four guests. Both of these two ‘twin’ bedrooms will be ready for you when you arrive so you can choose where you would like to sleep.

The Copperfield Suite has one bathroom, which has a bathtub and shower over.

Somewhere to relax
A little smaller than The Pickwick Suite, the lounge-diner space in The Copperfield Suite can comfortably fit four guests, six at a squeeze.

The first-floor Copperfield Suite also has access to the large grassy garden area where you can catch the rays, dine alfresco, or just spread out a little more.
BOOK YOUR STAY
+ Meals are not included in your stay, but breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea, and dinner can be booked.
+ Both Pickwick & Copperfield Suites are dog-friendly, a charge of £50 per week for up to 2 dogs applies.
+ A minimum 7-night stay applies at most times of the year, arriving on a Saturday.
+ Your Bay Lodge Suite will be ready from 4pm and your key can be collected from the secure lock-box next to the front door, you will receive the lock-box access code on your day of arrival.
