While Woolacombe beach – voted Britain’s best beach two years running on TripAdvisor – is the main draw for most holidaymakers, you could choose to head north along the South West Coast Path past the tiny hidden gem of Barricane Beach, to admire the rockier dramatic coast beyond with its small inlets and coves. The Bay Brasserie is a relaxed and stylish space where you can enjoy hearty classics at the bar or in the beautifully lit indoor courtyard. The kitchen ethos is to use the best seasonal ingredients to produce simple yet delicious dishes. For fine 2AA Rosette dining head to Doyles where you will be served British, Mediterranean and continental classics with a creative twist using the finest ingredients. Head chef Eduard Grecu’s flair and passion for perfection is evident in every dish. While you dine, you can admire sweeping sea views and watch the sun sink below the horizon. CATCH A FLICK BEFORE BEDSee our brand new Neo Cinema After dinner, relax in front of a film at the Neo Cinema which shows everything from contemporary blockbusters to vintage classics. With just 30 seats this boutique cinema offers the ultimate luxury viewing experience with guests able to sip on a cocktail, G&T or fine wine or nibble on some artisan snacks as they sink into plush armchairs or sofas for two. This is cinema with a dash of old fashioned glamour. When it is time for bed, you’ll be guaranteed a wonderful nights’ sleep in any of our bedrooms with super soft bedding and sea views for almost all. This should leave you plenty of time to get back to your room, pack up and shower in order to check out by 11am.
