A detoxifying, deep tissue massage that relieves fluid retention and works out tired, aching muscles. Using the ingenious WORK IT OUT detox massage oil including essential oils of Juniper, Lavender and Cypress.
We begin with body brushing to stimulate the circulation to improve lymph drainage. Then we perform a deep tissue, body boosting massage with muscle-fitness techniques and movements to really give your muscles a work out – working on knots, tensions and tightness to help the detox process.

GAIA RAINDROP THERAPY
Raindrop therapy is a healing technique using pure essential oils. It combines aromatherapy oils and soothing massage to bring total balance, harmony and body wellness mentally, physically and emotionally.

Sound healing is the practice of using sound vibration and sound psychology to stimulate, soothe and release emotional and physical responses.
Your bespoke session begins with a consultation about what you need, how you are feeling, and what’s going on in your world. We’ll check in with your bio-field – the subtle energy field that surrounds the body. We’ll see where you have any blockages, what’s holding you back, what is over active… and design a sound healing experience to bring you back to balance.
A variety of instruments may be used, some played on the body, over the body or to the side of the body, working through your auric bodies. Sessions can be a pure sound relaxation session OR an in depth healing approach supported by coaching, movement and massage therapy if needed.
