WINTER WORKOUTS

Our beautiful hotel is currently receiving its annual touch of TLC and is closed until 14th February, but SALT Gymnasia is open from 6th January for workouts and classes.

WINTER OPENING HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 4:00pm
+ We are closed 7th - 9th February

We will revert to normal opening hours on 14th February

DECEMBER CLIMB CHALLENGE

a giant step for saltkind

 

In December we calculated the combined total of everyone who climbed as a team...this turned out to be a giant step for saltkind - a whopping 430,000 ft, that’s 130km or in other words...WE CLIMBED TO SPACE!
