Following a consultation with our fitness coaches, we offer a body statistics scan, measurements and photos to record your progress. It is up to you which of these you want to use and best suit your focus.
Rather than provide you with a generic nutrition pack, we will work with you on rebuilding your current nutrition habits and current plan. We want to find the approaches that best suit you, and your lifestyle.
You will attend two 45-minute coached training sessions per week, for 8 weeks.
We'll work on our specialist Keiser equipment to introduce you to strength and cardiovascular training, the Keiser way. Our gymnasia has everything to improve your personal fitness.
Outdoor sessions will be included on the lawns, where we have a treasure chest of equipment and some great outdoor workouts planned.
This is what you have worked for! and you will receive your results during a private consultation. The methods of monitoring your progress that you chose at the start will be retaken and your comparison results discussed.
You will also be provided with an assessment and recommendations, to help you going forward.
