You will achieve more than you thought possible with our unique SALT Strive transformation programme. Choose a 4 or 8 week programme and you'll work your body hard, under close supervision, with just the right level of intensity to ensure you gain maximum benefit and smash your goals. Before you start, we'll do the legwork, booking you in for a private consultation with a SALT trainer, to include body analysis, photos and nutritional consultation. We'll discover your goals and start to plan your Strive programme.
You'll receive an intro pack and an individualised meal plan, designed to help you achieve your personal goals.
You'll attend 3 Strive Sessions a week. You'll tackle a range of indoor SALT-centric fitness and outdoor fitness on the lawns (weather permitting) taking on:
Sessions start 29th July, running on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 6:00-6:45pm.
