We're all missing the camaraderie and community that we've grown together at SALT. While we're waiting for SALT to reopen on 25th July, Kieran and Simon are here to put you through your paces with a 45-minute alfresco workout - SALT Outdoors - a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning using our treasure chest of equipment including the battle ropes, kettle bells, power ball, TRX and much more.
SALT Outdoors is designed to drive maximum results, you'll keep your fitness up and continue to reach for those goals. We're keeping our boutique approach to fitness, so sessions will be for 5 people, max. 1 class = 1 credit; if you're all out of credits please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Bookings can only be made up to two weeks in advance
1 class = 1 credit
There are no classes on Sundays.
We will meet 5 minutes before session on the lawns by tennis court (no earlier)
Social distancing and safety guidelines must be adhered to at all times
Please bring water and 2 towels - 1 for laying on (or a mat), and the other to mop your sweat
A toilet will be available, but no lockers or showers

We will only cancel if severe weather, but not just for rain or a bit windy
12 hours' notice is required for cancellations
Any Covid-19 related cancellations will receive their credit back
