We offer small-group classes, freestyle workouts on the Gym Floor, and personal training. But more than that, SALT is a community — a place where people show up as they are, move with purpose, and feel supported every step of the way.

This isn’t your average gym class. Prepare to sweat, build power, and transform your fitness with a dynamic mix of strength and conditioning exercises.
You’ll be using cutting-edge Keiser equipment on the gym floor, as well as free weights, sandbags, kettlebells, and your own bodyweight to challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate.

This fast paced VersaClimber class blends exercise with heart-thumping bass beats. The vertical climbing machines work all your major muscle groups simultaneously with zero impact on your joints.
A full body cardio class, you’ll burn more calories than any other gym equipment by a mile, sculpting and toning as you go. Leave your limits at the door and ascend to new heights!

Join us for an invigorating workout with this HIIT session, this class will push you to your limits boosting your heart rate for a short period of time followed by a rest period for maximum efficiency.
Burn fat, increasing your endurance and have fun!

This bootcamp class will put you through your paces with a mix of cardio and strength exercises on the Gym Floor. We’ll use gym equipment, free weights and body weight exercises to tone, sculpt, work, and challenge all muscle groups.
This class can be adapted to suit all abilities, please talk to Simon about any limitations you have.

If classes aren’t quite your thing — or you prefer to train independently — Freestyle Fitness gives you full access to the SALT Gym Floor, so you can shape your own routine at your own pace.
Train when it suits you, focus on what feels good for your body, and enjoy a beautifully equipped space designed for strength, movement, and progress — without pressure or expectation.
Our machines are equipped with Keiser Pneumatic Technology, using compressed air to power your workout, so forget pinloaded weights, it’s time to discover a new way to train.
Below, you’ll find our daily, weekly, and monthly Gym Floor access options, so you can choose what works best for you. These options will be available to buy from 13th February 2026.
