SALT is currently on pause while we are all staying at home and keeping one another safe. We're all finding this difficult, and our hearts go out to anybody who has lost somebody close. Never has there been a more stark reminder we need to look after our planet, ourselves and each other. It is going to take us all some time to recover from this.
When the time is right, we'll be back, and our team will be here to support your recovery and wellbeing. This is a taster of what's to come. Register your interest below to receive an alert when we start taking bookings.

It may be that your fitness has taken a bit of a hit during lockdown, so we'll start with a consultation and a body statistics scan. We'll take measurements and photos to record your progress. This is private and optional.
You may have yourself reaching for food as a bit of a comfort too (completely understandable!) Rather than provide you with a generic nutrition pack, we will work with you on rebuilding your personal habits. We'll find the approaches that best suit you, your lifestyle, and your goals.
You will attend three 45-minute coached training sessions per week, for 4 weeks.
We'll work on Keiser equipment to build strength - muscular and cardiovascular. Outdoor sessions will be hosted on the lawns, where we have a treasure chest of equipment. Choose from:
MORNING RECOVERY: 6:00am - 6:45am
Tues, Thurs & Sat
TWILIGHT RECOVERY: 5:00pm - 5:45pm
Mon, Weds & Fri
+ You'll join either the Morning or Twilight Squad for your 4-week programme, 3 sessions per week, no changing squads.
This is what you have worked for! You will receive your results during a private consultation. The measures of success that you chose at the start will be reviewed and your achievements discussed.
You will also be provided with an assessment and personal nutritional recommendations, to help you going forward.
