Pilates is a total body, low impact exercise that balances strength with mobility. Practicing Pilates on a regular basis will improve:

You'll focus your mind and challenge your body, in a single practice.

Suitable for all ages and levels of ability and fitness, incorporating a regular pilates practice into your training regimen can greatly support and enhance any activities you do. Whether you’re seeking to reach elite status, or just to feel good, Pilates will positively enhance your lifestyle.

PILATES FLOW

1 HOUR

Take a relaxing flow to release tension, improve posture, and encourage mind-body awareness. Perfect if you are new to Pilates or just fancy a refresher. Sessions are hosted in The Ballroom; simply bring water and a towel - mats are provided (or you can bring your own).

POWER PILATES

1 HOUR

An energising session, you'll focus on developing dynamic strength - improving core strength and balancing the total body by strengthening muscles, lengthening tight areas and improving mobility through your hips, spine and shoulders. Sessions are hosted in The Ballroom; simply bring water and a towel - mats are provided (or you can bring your own).

1. Please register on our booking system (TeamUp)

2. To book a 10-class bundle, go to the menu and select 'Memberships' and choose '10 Class Pilates Bundle'

3. Or, if you prefer to book classes individually, simply select your individual class from the timetable and pay that way


BOOK NOW

Please bring a towel and some water. Sanitised mats are provided, or you can bring your own.

A full session lasts 1 hour.

Pilates sessions are hosted in The Ballroom. If you're not sure how to find this, simply head to SALT Gymnasia or the hotel reception and we'll direct you.

If you have been to one of our sessions before, you just need to be ready, outside The Ballroom 5 minutes before each session. We'll check you in using an iPad. If this is your first SALT experience, please arrive 10 minutes early.

Late admission is not available. Show up and commit...or don't.

If you bail out with less than 12 hours' notice, or bottle it and no-show, you will lose your session fee. All sessions can be booked and cancelled by logging into your TeamUp account.

Wear your own style, there are no rules! The most important thing to remember when choosing clothing for Pilates class is comfort and flexibility. The best clothes to wear to Pilates classes are ones that are form-fitting. Loose, baggy clothing can make it difficult to move, and make it difficult to observe your form.
