2 x Chef de Partie
An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Woolacombe Bay Hotel for two Chef de Partie positions within our AA 1 Rosette awarded 4* luxury beachfront hotel.
The ideal candidate/s will be reliable, hardworking and keen to learn new skills. Ideally you will have experience of working within at least a three star hotel or one rosette restaurant at demi chef de partie level. You will have the opportunity to work across both our Bay Brasserie and in our fine dining restaurant, Doyle’s. The candidate/s will assist the Head Chef in the kitchen operation and ensure the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times
We are a four star family run hotel with a commitment to obtaining the highest quality of dining for our guests.
The successful applicant/s will:
- Have reasonable knowledge of cooking aspects from a varied spectrum of cuisines
- Have solid skills in preparing and serving food at a high standard
- Prove good working ethic
- Have great understanding and experience in health & safety as well as food & hygiene
