The successful candidate will:
- Have ample knowledge of cooking aspects from a varied spectrum of cuisines
- Have experience at 1 rosette or rosette aspiring level
- Have a good work ethic with solid leadership skills
- Have an excellent understanding and experience in health & safety as well as food & hygiene
The appointed candidate will be required to plan menus with the Executive Head Chef, for the rosette aspiring restaurant, train junior staff to the required standards and will be able to reliably run day-to-day kitchen operations at the hotel independently.
Opportunities for promotion may arise based on performance, live-in accommodation is available on request.
