The Grand Prize

Our lovely team will select one (1) winner from the submissions. The winning contestant will win the grand prize – a two-night stay for two in a Sea View Bedroom with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, a TEMPLE SPA in-room gift, two-course dinner for two in Bay Brasserie, and a 45-minute rasul, with access to SALT Gymnasia and Alchemist Spa throughout your stay. The prize is valid from 2nd November 2025 – 20th December 2025.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Woolacombe Bay Hotel employees will select the winner. The contest winner will receive an email to let you know if you are the lucky winner.
Prizes and gift vouchers have no cash value. By entering this competition, entrants agree to these conditions and to use your name on social media outlets. We reserve the right to end or discontinue this contest at any time.
Only one prize will be awarded.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
This prize promotion is open to entrants aged 18 or over in Great Britain & Ireland, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family) of Woolacombe Bay Hotel, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
We reserve the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the Competition.
If a participant receives a winner notification in error, then no prize will be due.
All entries must be received by midnight on the closing date.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date and will be notified within seven days.
The winner must be aged 18 or older.
A valid credit card will be required on check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.

Check In: Arrival is after 4.00pm. Check Out: Departure by 11.00am. Free parking is available, but transport is not included in this prize.
Liability: The owners accept no liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage of guest’s personal property while staying at Woolacombe Bay Hotel. The use of the property and contents is entirely at guest’s risk. The owners recommend you are covered by travel insurance for your holiday.
This prize must be redeemed between 2nd November 2025 and 20th December 2025 and must be booked directly with Woolacombe Bay Hotel.
This prize cannot be redeemed against any existing booking or redeemed via any third party booking channel.
This prize is not transferable for cash and must not be sold to another party.
The prize is not transferable or refundable.
A total of one (1) prize will be awarded.
Entry is via the form on our website.
Any participant found to be using robot forms to enter a competition will invalidate their entry to the competition and will be disqualified from the competition.
No correspondence on any of the rules above will be entered into.
Please note we will try our hardest to contact winners and deliver prizes however if we are not able to get in touch with you we reserve the right to re-draw the winner(s) and allocate the prize to someone else if you do not acknowledge your prize within 14 days.

The winner will be chosen by Woolacombe bay Hotel. Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by 15 October 2025. The winner must claim their prize within fourteen days of us sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and we reserve the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
