The exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Woolacombe Bay family as a Breakfast Chef. Immediate start possible.
Our guests love a great breakfast – whether it’s ‘hot and hearty’ or ‘light and healthy’, this is one of the things that really sets us apart; breakfast is a really important part of our dining offering. To join our team of chefs in this role you must have a strong understanding of food - Chef de Partie level (preferably at Rosette standard). You’ll relish the opportunity to organise your own breakfast section, ensuring that guests’ expectations are always exceeded.
Our guests love an expertly served beverage and a special dining experience. As part of our dining team you'll become a pro at anticipating guests’ needs, and an expert on our menu options. The Woolacombe Bay Hotel is looking for top talent to join this dynamic team, starting in February 2020.
We are looking for someone who is a real people person - you'll be passionate about great food & drinks, making great memories for our guests and will be prepared to get stuck in to learn in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team in an independently-owned 4* hotel.
An opportunity has arisen to join our Woolacombe Bay family for the spring/summer season.
Our self-catering Beach Retreats are in the heart of Woolacombe. With 2 and 3 bedrooms, they are beautiful little homes by the beach. They aren't star rated like the hotel, but great hospitality and service is every bit as important.
As a weekend cleaner you'll take pride in your work, and recognise the important part you play in helping guests create great memories. Each flat/apartment takes around 90 minutes to clean to the high standard we expect, and your working hours can be between 9am - 3pm each weekend (payment is per apartment/flat). You'll need your own transport.
