Something to look forward to...

Our hotel is currently open, but some of our facilities are still closed based on guidance from Number 10. Our priority, for over 40 years, has been to create happy memories; but our priority right now is to keep you safe.

However, there is still lots to look forward to! Whether you already have a gift voucher, or you are thinking about treating a loved one to a special WBH experience, we want to reassure you that your gift voucher will be extended to ensure you have time to redeem it.



All newly purchaed gift vouchers will be extended for 6 months, giving them an 18-month redemption window, rather than the usual 12 months. The validity period on your voucher will automatically reflect this - all gift vouchers will be valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are available by email; they are issued instantly.



If you have a gift voucher with an expiry date after 1st March 2020, your voucher will be extended by 6 months. We will automatically update the vaidity period on our records, and you can call, with your voucher number, to book your experience. Please note that this does not apply to special promotion vouchers, such as 'Icing on the Cake' - these vouchers will be extended, and we will contact you by email to discuss these vouchers.
