WE WILL BE BACK SOON...

 

We are currently closed but - when the time is right - we'll be a coastal hideaway again. We are busy planning ways that you can escape to the coast for a staycation - we have the perfect ingredients for a restful stay: space to roam, gorgeous comfortable interiors and incredible seascapes, but we also need to keep safety at the forefront of everything. Please see below for our latest updates.

What about my booking?


We are waiting for advice from Number 10, but we know we will be closed until at least 4th July 2020. If you have a booking of any kind (hotel, self-catering, gym, spa, restaurant, cinema) due to take place before then it will be cancelled, and we will be in touch with you via telephone or email. If you have a booking in July or August 2020, we will be in touch to let you know how your stay or experience will be affected (once we know more).

The situation is always changing, so we will be in touch with all guests whose stay will be affected, on a rolling basis, once new information is available. If you would like to move your booking you are welcome to do so, without any fees. Please email enquiries@woolacombe-bay-hotel.co.uk.

What next?


As we look around, very little has changed here: the wild ponies still climb the hills by the hotel every day, the hotel grounds are as beautiful as ever, and our interiors as gorgeous... If anything, Woolacombe is even more special! The clifftops are in full bloom and the golden sands have had some respite. But things are going to be different and we're all on a journey of recovery.

Our team is busy planning ways that you can escape to the coast; we have the perfect ingredients for a restful stay: space to roam, gorgeous comfortable interiors and seascapes, but your safety - and that of our WBH family - is our most important consideration. Your peace of mind will be at the heart of every decision we make.

With this in mind, we are not currently accepting any new bookings for July and August, but we are accepting bookings from September 2020 onwards - on a simple room-only basis for now. If you would like to book something to look forward to, please email enquiries@woolacombe-bay-hotel.co.uk.

 

WHAT ABOUT GIFT VOUCHERS?


Good question! Any gift vouchers with an expiry date of 1st March 2020 or beyond will be automatically extended for 6 months; please contact us once we reopen to receive a new voucher and to book your experience. If we need to entend the validity further, we will do so. Please note that this excludes limited edition 'Icing on the Cake' gift vouchers; these will be dealt with slightly differently. Any new gift vouchers purchased while we are closed will be issued as usual and will be valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, rather than the usual 12 months.
