WE ARE CLOSED FROM 20TH MARCH 2020
We have taken the heartbreaking decision to close our beloved hotel, including the Neo Cinema, The Alchemist Spa, SALT Gymnasia and the Beach Retreat self-catering accommodation. Our priority, for over 40 years, has been to create happy memories. Recently this has taken on a new direction, and we needed to make decisions for the protection of our guests, our WBH family, and our families at home. We will be closed for a minimum of 4-8 weeks.
Our lovely team are working from home and are available to answer any questions you have by email: email@example.com. Unfortunately we are not currently available by phone.
We have offered all our accommodation for emergency hospital or self-isolation units. We want to help, and have contacted our local MP already to offer this assistance. We are not sure yet whether this will be required.
Behind the scenes, our dedicated team are working diligently to ensure that we'll re-open in a way that is better than ever. Once again, you will be able to enjoy your favourite WBH experiences. Whilst our existing guests are given the first opportunities to reschedule their upcoming stays, we will not be accepting any new bookings. But when the time comes, we'll offer a safe, restful escape for all from this global ordeal. To receive updates from our team, please register below.
What about my booking?
If you have a booking of any kind (hotel, self-catering, gym, spa, restaurant, cinema) due to take place before 1st June 2020 - it will be cancelled, and we will be in touch with you via telephone or email. We are not currently accepting new bookings, and we are doing everything we can to deal with this situation swiftly. Here's a summary:
All tickets will be refunded in full, including your booking fee. We will contact you in order to process this over the coming days.
All live credit packs will be paused, and validity will be extended to allow for this unplanned closure. We will stay in touch with all our members.
All treatments and spa days can be postponed to a later date, and your deposit transferred. We will contact you personally over the coming days to discuss this.

The redemption period will be extended to allow for this unplanned closure. We will contact you by email when we reopen, providing an adjusted voucher, and you will be invited to book your experience.
Please do not contact us about your booking at this time, unless directly requested to do so. We are dealing with this as swiftly as possible, and do not wish to overwhelm our small in-house Reservations Team or slow the process for you. This is a huge ordeal for all of us, but with a level-head, we will get through this time.
