TENDER LOVING CARE (TLC)

 

TLC: It’s what we are famous for. After all, year after year it's what draws you to the coast - the wind in your hair, the cool saltwater on your skin, the sand between your toes... TLC usually means a break from the norm - to refresh mind, body and soul; but at the moment it means something different. It is with your TLC in mind that we have decided we must keep our doors closed this winter. We hope, that with this sacrifice, we may, in some small way, play our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the agony of yet further lockdowns into the New Year.

Our dedication to TLC means we need to make decisions on behalf of our extremely loyal guests, our team, the local community and our magnificent NHS. While Christmas and New Year will be somewhat muted for us all, we will come back strong in 2021, when cheer and lighthearted celebrations will be back on the menu.

We are accepting bookings from 12th February 2021 when we plan to reopen.

What about my booking?


If you have a booking of any kind (hotel, self-catering, gym, spa, restaurant, cinema) due to take place before 12th February 2021 it will have been cancelled, and have contacted you personally.

All bookings can be rescheduled, without any fees. Please email [email protected] or call 01271 870388 if you have any questions; we are available from 9am - 5pm, daily.

What next?


As we look around, very little has changed here: the wild ponies still climb the hills by the hotel every day, the hotel grounds are as beautiful as ever, and our interiors as gorgeous... If anything, Woolacombe is even more special! The clifftops are in full autumn hue and the waves are surf-perfect. But things are going to be different and we're all on a journey of recovery.

Our team is busy planning ways that you can escape to the coast once we reopen; we have the perfect ingredients for a restful stay: space to roam, gorgeous comfortable interiors and seascapes, but your safety - and that of our WBH family - is our most important consideration. Your peace of mind will be at the heart of every decision we make.

 

WHAT ABOUT GIFT VOUCHERS?


Good question! Gift vouchers affected by the lockdowns or temporary closure of the hotel will be automatically extended; please contact us to book your experience or stay (please note that some facilities may be temporarily affected beyond February 2021, depending on COVID-19 guidelines). If we need to entend the validity further, we will do so. Please note that this excludes limited edition 'Icing on the Cake' gift vouchers; please email us if you have one of these vouchers: [email protected]

Any new gift vouchers purchased while we are closed will also be extended accordingly.
