If this is your first visit to SALT, you may never have used our equipment before. Please arrive 15 minutes the session commences, and notify our instructors that you are a first-timer so we can set you up.

Our instructors will check you in using an iPad. You will be asked to provide some information about yourself and to fill in a PAR-Q. Please follow the safety instructions outlined in the PAR-Q.

If you have been to one of our sessions before, you just need to be ready, outside the studio 10 minutes before each session. Our instructors will check you in using an iPad.

If you bail out with less than 12 hours' notice, or bottle it and no-show, you will lose your session fee. All sessions can be booked and cancelled by logging into your account.

Hydrate before, during and after your Climb. It will take several sessions to get acclimatise to the Versaclimber, so take breaks when you need them.

Bring a recycled water tank and we'll fill you up.

Eat at least 1 hour before your Climb, no later.

A good pair of trainers are a must. Otherwise, wear your own style, there are no rules. 

We'll provide SALT towels for all Climbers.

All our small group training sessions are high-intensity, so make sure you consult a doctor before you train with us.

If you are vulnerable to flashing lights and loud music, or find it disorientating in low light, SALT may not be the right environment for you.

Please use the water holders provided and keep walkways clear of obstructions at all times.

If at any time you feel light-headed or dizzy, please raise your hand for assistance.
