Spa at home...
YOU WILL NEED...
Base coat primer
Colour varnish
Top coat finisher
Body oil
Bath soak/bubbles
Rock salt
Coconut oil
Body moisturiser
Nail varnish remover
Orange stick (for cuticles)
Nail file
Towel
Let's get started...
Soak your feet for 10 minutes in warm water, add a drop of body oil if you have some, or your favourite bathing product for added luxury.
Once your feet are soft and smelling fresh, scrub the hard skin around your toes, heels and ankles.
A homemade salt scrub is easy to make, take some rock salt with a spoon of coconut oil and add a drop of your favourite oil.
Rinse your feet again and gently dry with a towel.
Moisturise your feet and lower legs.
Now it’s time to make those pinkies look pretty - push your cuticles back gently, if you don’t have an orange stick to do this you can always use a lollipop stick.
File your nails, remember to file straight across to avoid any in-grown toenails at each side (ouch!)
Wipe your toes clean with nail varnish remover on cotton wool pad and separate them, ready for painting.
Apply 1 coat of base coat, 2 coats of colour varnish, followed by 1 coat of top coat.
Leave to dry for up to an hour, and voilà!
