Woolacombe Bay Hotel has a private car park, and our welcoming team are happy to meet you upon arrival and help collect your luggage from your car when you check in. Rest assured as a hotel guest, we will accommodate for you to have a parking space, and have your luggage taken to your room by our attentive team of porters should you need – just ask, we are always here for you…
Note: If you are visiting to use SALT Gym or to visit NEO Cinema, parking is subject to availability and is not available during the school holidays.

Welcome to the The Bay
We are delighted to have you as our guest at the Woolacombe Bay Hotel. Throughout the whole year and especially during peak season and school holidays, we want to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
To make your arrival hassle-free, we offer a warm welcome at the gate upon your arrival during these busy times. Our private car park has limited spaces and we save those exclusively for our hotel guests.
If you happen to arrive before our check-in time at 4pm, don’t worry – You are more than welcome to leave your luggage with us at reception and we will take care of it until your bedroom is ready for you. In the meantime, feel free to explore our beautiful Alchemist Spa, relax on our lush lawns, make a booking for a delicious dining experience at Bay Brasserie or sip on your favourite cocktail at Brasserie Bar.
Woolacombe is small, quaint, and charming, but it does get busy on sunny days with people visiting the beach. On these days, if you need to arrive at the hotel before midday, please allow a little extra travel time.

If visiting the Alchemist Spa at Woolacombe Bay Hotel for any type of spa appointment – please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will allow you enough time to get yourself settled in our facilities and having your appointment on time.
Whether you’re joining us for a relaxing spa day or indulging in a luxurious spa break, our parking options are designed to make your experience as seamless as possible. Located just a stone’s throw away from our spa, our parking is easily accessible and well-maintained for your comfort.
For Dining, Neo Cinema, Salt Gymnasia
using the private parking
During peak season, our on-site parking is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our esteemed Neo Cinema goers, guests at the Bay Brasserie and SALT Gymnasia enthusiasts.
But don’t worry, our hospitality doesn’t end at the hotel walls. Woolacombe has many parking options only a few minutes walk away. This means that you can easily park your vehicles and make your way back to enjoy your favourite facilities.
While we know this may not be the most ideal situation during peak season, we hope that you will consider this a small inconvenience in exchange for our top-notch services and facilities. Our friendly staff will be happy to guide you to the nearest available parking spot.
