Fish caught in the waters off Lundy Island, a jewel of an island set on the horizon and seen from Doyle's Restaurant is supplied by S & P Fish.
The Sharpham Estate at Totnes provides some wines and succulent brie.
Combe Martin strawberries (to die for!) and Braunton asparagus grace our menu.
All meat and dairy produce (wherever possible) comes from Devon, Cornwall or Somerset.
