All terms per unit, per week, inclusive of VAT charged at the current rate.  

Any two consecutive week booking (and multiples of) in the same unit qualifies for the second week at half price. If a booking falls in two price ranges the cheaper week will be the half price week. If both weeks fall in the high period the above does not apply but a 25% discount will be given on the second week.

Booking Fee:- £150.00 per unit, per week
deducted from account .  NOT refundable on cancelled bookings. The full balance of your holiday is due 49 days prior to arrival.  Bookings made less than 49 days in advance, full payment required at time of booking.
