We pride ourselves on superb service and excellent cuisine, and are pleased to offer assistance with seating plans, flowers, toasts, photographer, hairdresser, beautician and any other specialities which will help to make your day special and unique.

Reception

Once the date is booked everything flows. As you step from your car onto the red carpet you will be greeted, welcomed and escorted into the hotel, where the Bride & Groom and their respective parents make up the receiving line, enabling your parents to be introduced to all guests.

It is best that this takes place before photographs are taken, as your guests are then free to mingle and relax. Most receptions start with a welcoming drink, this will be served either on the hotel lawns or in Maxine's Lounge Bar.

Facilities & Grounds

The Woolacombe Bay Hotel enjoys a superb position standing in six acres of lawns sweeping down to golden sands and the Atlantic surf. Where more idyllic for a wedding reception? The lawns a perfect backdrop photographs, champagne or pimms. A place of style and luxury, reminiscent of a bygone era coupled with modern facilities.

Wedding Cake

We provide with our compliments the use of either a round or square silver cake stand together with a silver knife.

Wedding Breakfast

With our expertise and your favourite dishes we will plan an excellent menu with wine to compliment. The Woolacombe Bay Hotel caters for all types of wedding, from the simpler affair right through to the most sophisticated, catering for numbers from 20 to more than 200.

Evening Reception

More friends can enjoy and celebrate during the evening, a buffet of your choice can be arranged, with either live entertainment, a disco or perhaps a lavish firework display on the hotel lawns to light up the evening sky.

Accommodation

The Bride & Groom are cordially invited to stay as our guests for their wedding night.

Guests may be accommodated for a minimum of two nights only over a weekend (Friday & Saturday nights) at a special rate. Please refer to the booking conditions for further details.
