Wedding Booking Conditions

1. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days. Thereafter we reserve the right to cancel the provisional booking.

2. A deposit of £400.00 along with a written confirmation and a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions will secure the date of the reception. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

3. Full payment is required with final numbers 14 days prior to the reception. No allowance will be given for any decrease in numbers after this date.

4. Any outstanding amounts due to additional expenses on the day must be settled within 7 days.

5. A charge of 5% will be added for payments not received in full 14 days prior to the reception.

6. In the event of the cancellation of your confirmed booking, the following charges will apply:

a) Less than 3 calendar months but more than 1 week before the event: 50% of anticipated revenues.
b) Less than a week before the event: 100% of anticipated revenues.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing. We strongly advise all clients to make their own insurance arrangements.

7. Changes of dates 3 calendar months or less prior to the event will be treated as a cancellation.

8. The client shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of the reception and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which may constitute a breach in law or cause a nuisance in any way. Any such behaviour shall entitle us to require the offending individual(s) to leave the premises.

9. Only food and drink provided by the hotel is to be consumed on the premises. Food and drink provided by the hotel is not to be consumed off the premises.

10. When food is not required for an evening function, a room charge will be made.
