- Many bedrooms are a fair distance from the reception and lift area so it
is advisable for anyone with a walking disability or the elderly to enquire
where the room is positioned. Some rooms are situated over the ballroom
where dances usually finish at midnight. Please advise us if these rooms
are not suitable.
- SUPERIOR rooms have the added bonus of: Priority check in, daily linen change,
daily newspaper, beach towels, bathrobes and toiletries, free room
service for breakfast, and DVD player.
- Dress code. We request that gentlemen wear trousers and a collared shirt and ladies, smart evening attire. We regret, jeans, trainers, polo shirts or t shirts are not permitted.
- Guest laundry service available.
- Sports, bath robes and swimming towels available for hire from the Hot House.
- We welcome dogs in some of our self catering accommodation although, regret they are not permitted in the Hotel or Hotel grounds.
- Guests may arrive at any time but the rooms are not guaranteed to be ready
before 4pm. Vacation of rooms must be by 11.00am, the management reserve
the right to remove luggage from rooms or levy an extra charge if not vacated.
Guests are welcome to stay in the hotel after the rooms have been vacated
and continue to use the facilities.
- Supper is for children 14 years and under and is served from 5.00pm to 5.30pm.
Minced meat, vegetables etc. are available for babies.
- Babies in cots two years and under taking children's supper free of charge.
Cots and high chairs are provided and baby listening is available through
the telephone system.
- Parents with babies and young children who are taking childrens supper and
whose parents wish to sit with them during dinner must be in the restaurant
at 7pm. Any children brought in after this time will be charged the occasional
dinner rate of £30 (whether taking dinner or not).
- Children in adult accommodation full adult rate. In the case of one adult
in a family room, one child will be charged at adjoining dinner rate.
- Booking fees are not refundable on cancelled bookings. No allowance on days
and meals not taken up.
- We are open all year round apart from January and are pleased to quote for private functions, weddings
and conferences, whether large or small. CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR festivities
are our speciality.
